Richard Holmes has over 25 years' experience in the property market; he is experienced in managing large residential property portfolios for a number of businesses including National Regional House Builders and Insolvency Practitioner's. Richard's expertise has also led him to be an Advisor to a Regional Property company advising them on sales and acquisitions. Richard has a wealth of experience and industry knowledge and was keen to open an Estate Agents.
Our Valuer/Manager, Charlotte Demaine, has a wealth of experience within estate agency, sales and senior management. She first started working in estate agency back in 2000 being involved in the start-up of a brand-new office for an estate agency based on the South Coast. Having managed offices both in a corporate environment and small independent business she brings the best parts of both worlds together to ensure that Edkins & Holmes offers a first-class experience to all our clients.
Bradley, our Lettings Manager, has worked in estate agency since leaving university in 2011 having studied Business Property Management a RICS accredited degree. Bradley has worked for independent and corporate agents within the West Yorkshire region and he is also qualified to become a licenced member of ARLA. Calderdale born and raised he spends most of his spare time in the gym. Bradley will be your main point of contact when letting your property through Edkins & Holmes Estate Agents.
Alex Sidlow, our sales negotiator has worked within estate agency since the age of 18 starting as an apprentice doing a NVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration. Alex has worked within the sector ever since and has over 7 years of experience in the Calderdale & Kirklees areas. Alex joined the Edkins & Holmes team in 2017 after working in a previous independent estate agency in Huddersfield for 5 years and deals with all things sales. From when a property becomes available, to accepting an offer and then seeing a property sale through to completion Alex will be your main point of contact throughout the process.
Rebecca Davies, administrator, is a valued member of the Edkins & Holmes team providing effective support to all of the team in both the sales and letting departments. Having worked in different areas of the business, Rebecca has developed extensive knowledge of the property market over her years at Edkins & Holmes.
Tom Freemantle, our weekend sales/lettings negotiator, is a key member of the Edkins & Holmes team ensuring that we provide a service to all of current and potential clients seven days a week. Tom has worked for Edkins & Holmes since leave secondary school and works part time having recently completed his A Levels at North Halifax Grammar School.
